We collect information you provide directly when you contact us, request a quote, or sign in to the client portal. We also collect operational telemetry from hosted FileMaker environments solely for the purposes of monitoring, support, and billing.
We use your information to deliver and improve our managed hosting service, communicate with you about your account, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Operational logs are retained for 90 days. Billing and account records are retained as required by law. SnapBack backups are retained per your service plan.
